FABRICE SCARDIGLI, COFOUNDER, EUROPEAN MANAGER

Fabrice is the Chief Executive Officer of I.M.E. International, where his role is to oversee business opportunities globally. 

Prior to found I.M.E., Fabrice was already a pioneer of the Adtech industry. In the early 2000's he founded World Web Network ("WWN"), the first online international publishing sales representative. At WWN he managed all sales and business operations, and the company's expansion efforts worldwide. WWN was lately acquired by the major digital media buyer Undertone.

Prior to WWN, Fabrice found the Media Communication Associates Group with S’Regie in France, PMI in UK and MPS in Belgium.

CIRO CALVANESE, COFOUNDER, GENERAL MANAGER

He acquired a deep knowledge of the market and media business, both nationally and internationally, thanks to the experience gained in RAI, Sipra, Manzoni and RCS Group.

He has worked with publishers, sales representatives and consultancy firms in management positions for projects related to innovation, the introduction of new business models, the development of new organizational models and information systems, the launch of new products offline and online.

His main skills are the ability in sales, negotiation, marketing and communication techniques; knowledge of digital media, sales and marketing techniques; relationship with customers, media centers and communication agencies.

GIORGIA CASNEDI, SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Giorgia worked in the most important media companies since 1997 beginning in local business for Manzoni & C. and RCS Corriere Della Sera.

When she arrived at Il Sole 24 Ore she began to work in national business acquiring experience in different sectors such as beauty, travel, real estate, automotive, design but especially since 2006, she is in charge for fashion and luxury clients. In 2014 she approached the international business being the international coordinator for fashion and luxury clients for Class Editori where she was in charge for the English, French, German, Swiss and Spanish market.

She continues to work with fashion and luxury clients (and media agencies), approaching different markets all over the world following media plan from clients and media agencies, suggesting them the best medias and strategic solutions for their communications activities.

She has strong and deep relationship with her clients, excellent negotiation skills and a really good knowledge of national and international media and communication technics.

OMAR MAES, European DIGITAL MANAGER

With extensive experience in automated financial trading, Omar brings a new approach and invaluable insights to the developing programmatic buying market. Omar’s focus is on developing opportunities for advertisers to drive higher growth.

Prior to IME, Omar built a successful career in Capital Market Finance, and in particular, the automated FX market, where he implemented middle and high frequency algorithms using advanced statistical behaviour models.  Omar is also currently Cofounder and CTO at TMT

Omar graduated from Ecole Polytechnique of Paris (France) and holds a Master's degree in Advanced Mathematics and Statistics from ENSAE and Paris Dauphine University.
